“I've had a fantastic experience with the owners, who are very friendly but also work together very well. They're respectful and accommodating, always trying to fulfill specific requests. As a daily visitor, I appreciate their efforts, although I did encounter an issue with expired snacks. However, the owner addressed my concern and told me to check the dates and had no problems since and has even brought more variety of a selection:) if you ever have any issues talk to the owner and they will be very polite to fix it! People should be respectful to them as we know we all miss the old owners but they work very hard and deserve their recognition”
“Typical Hannafords accept, it wasn't crowded and packed. Had a little trouble finding a few items that I would say are very typical finds at any grocery store, however that was just one visit. Other than that, no complaints. I would absolutely shop here again and recommend to anyone in the area.”

“Great little grocery store. The only downside is the employees treat it like a social club and talk openly about their day loudly for everyone to hear. It’s so off putting. I know more about the employees personal lives and feelings than I do about the specials or prices of the actual store. But it’s Pittsfield NH so it’s still 5 stars.”
“Spoke with Missy in the deli. She is pleasant and professional. Very engaging with the customers which I was impressed as I believe deli employees have one of the most important jobs when dealing with the public.”

“I have lived in town for 4 years now and visit the market a couple of times a week, both for grocery stuff and deli. It's always been a great neighborhood store, and the new(ish) owners have really made an effort to make it better. The store is cleaner, it's steadily getting updates here and there and the food is every bit as good if not better than ever.
It's a real asset to the town and their generous hours and wide selection of products have bailed me out more than once.

Pharmacists I have ever met! I made the switch to this pharmacy from CVS and was shocked that a trip to the pharmacy could actually be a pleasant one. One of my prescriptions is not always readily available or in stock (no fault of theirs, a manufacturer issue) and both pharmacists have made every effort they can to be helpful where able. “Alton Hannaford Pharmacy was great. Medication was filled quick. A long line started forming and another technician went to help on register to clear the line out faster. Great team work at Alton Hannaford Pharmacy, especially considering how busy they get! Both pharmacists there are really nice, hard working, and great with customers!”

“I love the steak bombs here. This is a great place for lunch. It’s hit or miss if there’s anything out by 11 but the chicken tenders are good and the potato wedges are very good, they have like a fried chicken breading on them. Pizza slices are always a good choice. The Italian sub is also very good. I also love the spicy Fries. Good fast service but it always helps to call ahead so it’s ready when you get there.”
