“I wanted to share how helpful Tom Dalton, Bedford Branch Manager, was in resolving a problem I had with a bill payment. I have been using online payments for many years with MFCU and have never had a problem until this situation occurred. I had put in for a rather large payment to go to one of my credit card companies and it was mailed out on the day I had scheduled the payment to be made (which was 2 days before the due date) and it ended up getting there a day late. This resulted in the credit card company charging late fees and interest amounting to almost $200. Needless to say, I was not happy so I contacted MembersFirst and Tom called me. From the time he first called he was attempting to resolve this with the company MemberFirst uses to process payments. He kept me updated continuously and was extremely courteous and persistent.
To be honest, I was amazed at how he handled this for me and am very grateful that he resolved the matter. It is very rare these days to find the level of customer service that Mr. Dalton provided and he needs to be commended, so I wanted to share this experience.”
“I have had multiple loans through Members First, never been anything but a pleasant experience. Robin in lending has always been more than helpful. She cut me an expedited check when I bought my vehicle, which I flew to Atlanta to pick up and drive home, she worked with the dealership there for whatever they needed. She went above and beyond every time - she really is the best.
My motorcycle and multiple vehicles have been financed through Members First, as well as a HELOC for some home repairs, I don't even consider going elsewhere for a loan and neither should you.”

Kendall and Lindsay in mortgage lending helped with each step of the process. Gabrielle in Hooksett handled my closing while training another rep.
The only slightly annoying bit was the access process for loan messages and that’s not on any of them!

I spoke to Mark who was wonderfully helpful and polite.He explained the error, was able to fix it and grant my access to my online banking App. And he was very entertaining through the process of fixing everything, I absolutely adored his accent!
