“I am writing to happily amend my review from October. Jonathan quickly contacted me and asked me to come in to discuss the ring. He gave me options on how to restore my great grandmother's ring to its former quiet elegance and beauty. Through a CAD design and then a wax model, I was able to tell almost exactly want my ring would look like at the end of the restoration. When I picked up the ring I was so pleased! It's beautiful! Jonathan also apologized for our initial meeting stating that he should have given me more options on how to repair the ring. I accepted his apology and am happy that we reached a wonderful conclusion. This ring will continue to shine brightly and someday be handed down to a 5th generation. For now, I will enjoy it for years to come and be connected to a woman I never met but nevertheless is part of my ancestry.”

“Went into Talbot's store this morning, shortly after it opened. I walked around a bit, I think I did about 4 or so laps around the store. I noticed the 2 employees were free of customers. I was in the store for about 10 minutes. I watched a customer enter the store and be greeted by the sales employee. I couldn't figure out why I was being ignored so I left and went to the store behind them called Alapage. I was greeted within 10 seconds of entering and explained what I was looking for. She was friendly & helpful which was a successful experience since I bought an item.”
