She helped my mom's (now fiancé) find the perfect diamond and helped my mom design a one-of-a-kind custom setting incorporating various symbols/ details that are important to my mom. She is knowledgeable, not pushy, and is very willing to share her transparent knowledge with others - I learned a whole lot helping my mom & her fiancé at each of their appointments! “This is my absolute favorite place to go for my jewelry. The young woman there is super kind and has a welcoming smile. 10/10 customer service. I asked if she could size my ring that I got from a small business quite a few years ago. It didn't fit anymore cause I was a young teenager when I got it. She was able to size it to my correct measurement right on the spot and it was amazingly priced. All my experiences here are amazing, everything is fairly priced and the work ethic and the customer service is phenomenal.”

“Just wanted to give a quick shout-out to whoever was working this afternoon. She was totally wearing a name tag, but I don’t remember what it said! She was super patient and accommodating with my kiddo who was there to get one of her ears re-pierced, though. We actually didn’t end up going through with it after a bit of drama, but this employee was kind and professional and understanding the whole time. My gal said she hopes that when she decides she’s ready to back we’ll see “the one with the jacket with the rainbow” again! Thank you for being so lovely, anyway. Your patience is very much appreciated.”

“Katrina and Emily (ASM) were not hesitant in helping me get my bracelet cleaned and have it looked at, they spent almost 30 minutes individually cleaning all my charms and had so much knowledge about each of the charms saying which ones were discontinued or which ones they wish they had. Very personable very knowledgeable and made a comfortable environment as soon as I walked in the door. 11/10”

“Tina is an absolute rock star! I in to have a piece of jewelry repaired and expected to have to wait at least a few days. Tina greeted me as soon as I walked in and made the repair right then and there, even including a complimentary cleaning. All this was done free of charge. I will definitely be coming back for any future jewelry service needs and when looking to purchase a new piece.”
