“I'm a farmer in NH. I have issues with the deicer water trough heaters every year, so I buy the Protection+ warranty because I know they will need replaced. The warranty company wants me to ship it back to them, wait a while and get a gift card for the oruchse price. I can't do that with livestock. The folks at this store go above and beyond to ensure my animals have water in winter. I just bring in the broken ones and they exchange it and deal with the warranty company themselves. Thank you TSC!”

“Great doggie daycare! I love the open play areas and the live webcams (I admit to watching my dog play way more than I should when I'm supposed to be working). And there's always a staff person or two with the dogs, sitting on the bench or walking around. Super clean. Worth the wait and the slightly higher cost (buy a package and the cost comes down).”

“My dog valor had to spend an extended stay at barking dog because of a work commitment. I was blown away at the level of service to my dog and myself. They kept me updated throughout the stay, took my dog to the vet when my stay was extended and made my dog feel like part of a family. I was worried about upkeep on his commands but he still listens perfectly. When I picked him up the entire team said goodbye to him. If I ever need to have him stay overnight again I’ll make the trip to this location even though I’ve moved an hour and a half away now. Thank you guys for taking such good care of my dog”
“Christine has been grooming my dogs since 2005 and as long as she’s in business I will not have anyone else groom my dogs. She’s particular goes out of her way if she can for my schedule needs and my dogs are beautiful after she has had them in for a groom. Over the years she’s become a great friend too I’ve lived over an hour away at different times over the past 18 years and have driven the distance for her services. Five stars all day long.”

“I usually go to the other Big Pet store, for their crickets because Petco used to only have them in boxes but now they have them live. I was pleasantly surprised. Also the gentleman that cashed me out at the register, was absolutely awesome. I believe his name was Eric that’s what it says on my receipt. Very kind and accommodating in a great mood. Made me feel super welcome and he was also training a new employee that was very kind also. I have not felt that valued as a customer in a business in a very long time. I will definitely be going back more often.”
