“Sandys pet food center is the absolute best place in all of New England to purchase your pet foods and supplies . Adam the owner is outstanding !!! He has such an amazing heart to help you keep you pets health in order . He has given me such amazing advice and actually got my shi-poo back to health when my veterinarian could not come up with the answer to what was wrong with him . I am a forever customer and so so sooooo grateful Adam is here for our community . He even has a stand to have our water tested to insure not only my dogs food is the best quality but also the water I give my dog is clean and free of any contaminants that might hurt him . Mellisa and Vicky are also so amazing they too have helped me so many times with fantastic advice . I love this store so much !!!”

“This rating specifically pertains to Jacquie in the Grooming Department. Jacquie does an AMAZING job with our dog Libby (Yorkshire Terrier). Libby always comes home looking so cute after her grooming appointment. Jacquie is so attentive and patient with Libby. I am so, so happy we found her!
Also, sign up for the Vital Care program. We have saved a TON of grooming and food with this program. And if you sign up for automatic delivery, you save even more! It took a few tries to get the right interval, but now it arrives on a perfect schedule and we don't have to worry about running out of dog food or making trips to the pet store. You can pause or change the delivery frequency any time you like!”

“My dog valor had to spend an extended stay at barking dog because of a work commitment. I was blown away at the level of service to my dog and myself. They kept me updated throughout the stay, took my dog to the vet when my stay was extended and made my dog feel like part of a family. I was worried about upkeep on his commands but he still listens perfectly. When I picked him up the entire team said goodbye to him. If I ever need to have him stay overnight again I’ll make the trip to this location even though I’ve moved an hour and a half away now. Thank you guys for taking such good care of my dog”
