“Perfect mix of professional and bedside manor. They have taken care of my dog for 10 years. When he was having hot spot issues it took a while but it was determined he has allergies. They supported us and him the whole time. They could see the frustration from us when he was hearting and they continued to help us find the help he needed. Since getting medicated food close to 5 years ago he hasn'thad one hot spot. Great team”
“Took my 17 year old beagle there today. I really thought I was going to have to say goodbye but after the doctor looked at her gave us some meds. While I was there I asked if tge could look at my Golden Retriever ears they did without an appointment. Thank you to tgecstaff and tge doctor. I've been going there for 17 years and they will always be my dogs doctors and staff. Thank you everyone.”

“We were new clients taking our 7 yr old cat for a sick visit. From the initial phone call to the med staff & Drs they were kind, compassionate and thorough. The Drs explained everything in easy to understand language and worked with us to make a plan moving forward. The med staff explained the estim of charges in simple terms so We could make an informed decision. We ended up euthanizing the cat a few days later & the entire staff knew who he was and were so gracious till the end. Definitely wonderful care.”
“When you walk in, there’s small sign and an electric candle they will light if someone in the hospital is currently saying goodbye to a pet in one of the rooms, so you can be kind and keep your voice down in the lobby.That level of empathy and care immediately caught my attention. The rest of my visit bore that impression out - from each staff member welcoming me and taking extra steps to make sure my pet was comfortable, to the very detailed and thoughtful call talking me through the testing results a few days later from the vet.Thank you.”

“I am so thankful for Arbor. We noticed a large infected hot spot on our shepherd yesterday morning and our former vet could not see him for a month. I called Arbor as a new patient and they got him in within the hour! They were so attentive, kind to our pup and thorough in their evaluation. They had all the meds on hand and the visit was seamless and quick. They called this morning for a follow up too. We will only be using Arbor going forward and absolutely recommend them for you veterinary needs.”
