“I recently stopped by Pit-Stop Auto for some body work. Prior to this meeting, I had purchased a new OEM Lexus RX-500h bumper to be installed with a new OEM Tow Hitch Receiver. I needed the new rubberized OEM bumper painted, high gloss black, to match my front bumper/grill brillance. After speaking with Carlos, the Pit-Stop Owner/Manager, I left the bumper on that Thursday and Carlos provided, what I thought was an estimate, which I agreed upon. I was most pleasently suprised on Saturday at my beautifully painted bumper. Carlos and his employee removed the fender/bumber assembly to replace the old rubberized bumper with the newly painted model shaped to accept the new Tow Hitch Receiver. Upon installation of the Tow Hitch Receiver and then the fender/bumper assembly I was estatic, so much so that I wanted to provide more that the estimate; however, Carlos would not accept more than the previously agreed to price. Wow, in that moment I knew I'd be returning there for future automotive needs.”

Justin D. was fantastic to work with - his experience in service was so helpful as he was able to tell us a ton about the inner workings of the car, maintenance, etc. There wasn't one question we had for him that he couldn't answer off the top of his head! I ended up with a Subaru but also test drove a Mazda and he was equally knowledgeable about those. The deal we got in the end was fair and the business manager was super helpful and transparent, plates and registration were taken care of seamlessly.”
“We've had two cars fixed there recently. One was a white Toyota SUV, door damaged in a MB parking lot (insurance). Mine was due to mailbox that jumped out in front of us on snowy winter evening (cash payment). In both cases, the repairs were excellent and matched the orignal finish. Work completed ahead of schedule too, a nice bonus. Rick provided the detailed estimates shortly after requesting quotes.
My truck was a dark blue metallic and I was a bit concerned about a good paint match as these colors can be tricky to blend in with the factory finish. The color was spot on and the repair was undetectable. I dabbled in bodywork when younger and can appreciate the expertise of a good bodyshop.
We had some follow up items that needed to be addressed - handled in a timely manner and without issue.
Our neighbor used them to repair a bumper on their Toyota truck and provided the referral when we needed some work done.

“I have been using Pepperell Auto Parts as my go-to main parts suppliers since 1999. Anytime I have been working in a shop near Pepperell Ma, 11 years in all combined total! I suggest talking to Steve when possible, he is who runs the store, and is almost always there. Generally he knows exactly what part Im looking for, better than I do, all without 20 questions and all the drama. When its a specific rare part if they don't have something in stock, they will get it within a couple hours generally. Wear and tear parts (brake,chassis,ect.) in particular somehow often costs less here than National Brand parts store's in Nashua's N.H., even though it may seem hard to believe!”

I brought in a replacement exterior door handle piece that I had purchased on eBay, expecting that the whole door panel might have to be taken apart to install it. Patrick took a look at it, figured out how to replace just the plastic piece, and had it installed in about 5 minutes!
I didn’t have an appointment, and he was kind enough to help me right then and there. Best of all, he didn’t charge me anything! I really appreciated his willingness to help, his knowledge, and how friendly and professional he was.
