“I took my 2008 BMW there for both of the rear wells that had rust bubbles in the paint and paint chipping due to the rust concern. Mark and his very experienced team were able to cut out both rear wheel wells and perfectly weld and blend in new ones and you would never be able to tell that it wasn't from factory. If you know bmws you know that they have intricated body lines and The guys over at TZS really showed there talents on this job. Very happy!”

“JOE AUTOZONE!!! SO WORTH THE READ!!! WHAT AN AMAZING, KINDHEARTED INDIVIDUAL. ANGELS EXIST!!! Just visited autozone in the sake house plaza in Milford NH. I had a hell of a morning trying to find a battery for my car. I called the store and was so kindly greeted by Joe. He was super helpful answering my questions and helping me find the right battery that better suited my needs. When I arrived at the store Joe, again, greeted me with a smile and even remembered who I was. I don’t even think I had to repeat the make or model of my car, he went right out back and brought out the battery. I’m a girl and I know absolutely nothing about cars so I had taken pictures of the terminals and the battery holder incase something was wrong or broken I wouldn’t have to make my ride drive back and forth as the car was at a different location. He looked at the photos and explained his concerns and gave me the part I would need and also a little brush thing to help clean off the corrosion. He also took the time to explain to me how to do it as I would be the one installing it at said location. When I got back to my car, I realized the piece was too big to fit on but I SOMEHOW made it work. I knew it was a super temporary fix, if at all. By the grace of god I made it back to auto zone in my Jimmy-rigged car. I explained to Joe the issue with the part and he apologized and quickly helped me with an alternative. (In no way could he have known the size of the terminal connector thingy so this was not his fault which I completely understood.) Joe came outside in the freezing cold weather and proceeded to completely install my battery with the correct fittings and froze his fingers off making sure it was in safe and correctly. It gave him a hell of a time but he was patient and we laughed along the way. When finished he noticed my hood wasn’t latching properly and tried to fix that as well! Joe would not accept any type of tip or payment for his time. He insisted everything was fine and I was all set and sent me on my way with a giant smile on his face. I never carry cash or I would have thrown it at him. Joe, if you’re reading this just know I am so thankful for you. Today was one of the most stressful days I’ve had in a while and you truly were a super hero. I enjoyed our banter and our laughs as the wind and freezing cold weather mocked us while I watched you do what I thought was impossible. You are truly a gift to Milford. “After my first accident with a deer I had severe front end & passenger side damage. Kincaids came recommended from a friend. When I called & spoke to Paige she mentioned their turnaround was 2 months if parts were available. My car was towed to their shop June 22 and I picked up on July 21. I can’t express how thankful I am for the turnaround & consistent info Paige was always willing to share with me. They worked well with my insurance company, Gieco. “I have been using Pepperell Auto Parts as my go-to main parts suppliers since 1999. Anytime I have been working in a shop near Pepperell Ma, 11 years in all combined total! I suggest talking to Steve when possible, he is who runs the store, and is almost always there. Generally he knows exactly what part Im looking for, better than I do, all without 20 questions and all the drama. When its a specific rare part if they don't have something in stock, they will get it within a couple hours generally. Wear and tear parts (brake,chassis,ect.) in particular somehow often costs less here than National Brand parts store's in Nashua's N.H., even though it may seem hard to believe!”

“I should have completed a review of Milford Subaru (service department) a year ago. I would have given them 5 stars then and I want to give them 5 stars now. Their service department is excellent. I have always received great service on my car and the staff are incredibly nice when they are working with you. They have always discussed any additional concerns they have with my vehicle and get approval to fix anything outside of what we agreed upon. For example, they replaced my brake pads and rotors this summer and while doing so they noticed my car needed an alignment as well. They contacted me to let me know their recommendation (and I had felt it might have needed an alignment too), so I added that onto my services for that day. If you are looking to get any work completed on your Subaru, I highly recommend Milford Subaru service department!!”
