Charlie greeted me right away on the lot and I explained my situation and just wanted to see the 2025 options. I've owned Crosstreks before and was looking at other models for the future. I needed a specific part for my van, and after some deliberation we found what seemed to be the right bushing for the rear control arm, he was also able to order it for me. Other auto stores I visited either didn't have the part or didn't understand what I was looking for, so his expertise was a huge relief.
