I initially purchased two parts for my SUV, and later realized I didn’t need one of them—unfortunately just past their 30-day return window. I did need another part around the same price, and Austin didn’t hesitate. He quickly tracked down the exact part I needed and made an even exchange happen. That is exceptional customer service.
When I went in to pick up the part, Austin—and the other gentleman at the front whose name I didn’t catch—provided the same level of professionalism and genuine customer care. I mentioned the stressful week I’d been having, and they took the time to listen without rushing me, which I truly appreciated. This garage has been a place I used to go with my grandfather as a child and I knew his son's run it now who grew up with all my cousins. I came with my husband to pick up his truck and Ron didn't know me by my married name. So after my husband had already "Taken care of Business" and Ron treated us fair and did exceptional work - sending us progress photos along the way. Once they were done taking care of everything my husband came out to get me and then I think we had a 20 minute conversation with Ron about all my family, all the mutual people we knew and the incredible reputation this garage still has after all these years! “The Carparts Store in Epsom is just a little ways north of the Epsom Circle right next to what used to be M & M Ford but is now a Tim's Truck Capitol. There are easy to see with a good sized sign at roadside. They've been there quite a while. The parking lot is spacious & we'll lit. The store is well stocked & the staff is friendly & knowledgeable. They deliver parts to local tradesmen all day every day. Thee is a large double door entrance that opens on everything from batteries to brake pads & everything in between. Closed early Sat & closed all day Sunday.”
