I dreaded buying a new vehicle due to my past bad experiences. I went to 3 other dealerships before I went to Banks Chevy in Concord. Being an older woman I anticipated a bad experience. However at Banks with Nick I was treated with respect and courtesy. I have only the best to say about Banks and Nick.
