He's also very fair with his prices. The last time I needed my car fixed he was so busy so I went somewhere else what a mistake it turned out to be a nightmare and could have caused me a serious accident I had to go back to Wayne and he diagnosed it immediately and explained to me what the garage did or in other words did not do that could have been very costly and very dangerous. “I heard of Josh from a friend of his and raved about how outstanding he is as a mechanic. So I reached out via E-mail and within 24 hours, Josh reached out, completely explained exactly what he was going to do to my Yamaha SHO about the service I wanted. I was amazed of the detail and knowledge he has. He ordered the parts and once they were in, he called and set up a date to drop my boat off. Day came went and dropped off my boat. While there Josh explained exactly what he was going to do. During the time Josh had my boat, he would call, and update me on everything. I had the timing belt replaced, thermostats replaced, water pump and spark plugs replaced. He took pics of the work and a video showing my engine running as it should. I was blown away by his professionalism. I've been to different mechanics over the years, and by far he has lived up to the hype. My engine will never be worked on by anyone else but Josh. “I called and left a message to see if there was any chance I could get my car inspected that same day, and I received a call an hour later from Jeff saying he could do it in two hours. When I got there he told me it would be about 30 minutes but it only took him about 15, he told me that I should probably think about tires before the winter. He informed me that he didn't do tire service but he knew of a place down the road, he offered to call them and get a price for me either Monday or Tuesday. I couldn't believe how incredibly kind he was and how affordable the sticker was! I ended up spending almost an hour talking to him about interesting subjects. I felt like I was catching up with an old friend it was a welcoming change for me, because I lost both my parents with in a year of each other. I'm so glad I called his auto shop the first thing that drew me to it was that it's a family owned business, in my experience family owned stands for a better quality of work, affordable prices, and outstanding customer service I experienced all three and now I have a new place to bring my car! “My brakes started making a grinding noise and when I hit the brakes the whole truck would shake. Brought it in to get it looked at/ scheduled and they were able to take it and fix it same day. They checked tires and rebalanced. Brakes were definitely due to be replaced. They changed out pads and rotors, and serviced e brake. Was driving it home and what a difference. Much appreciated!!”
