“I've been going to Valvoline for years. This location predominately. For the past year or more there is an employee who always seems to be there when I go. His name is Zach. Zach is what we call an ALL-STAR. Always has a warm and inviting welcome. He has a great attitude. He is very professional. He is very knowledgeable and doesn't give off pushy salesman vibes. If I owned a Valvoline, Zach is who I would want on the front lines, leading my team. This kid is a stud. Thank you Zach, for being you. Get this boy a raise.”

“I would never use their on line service again. I made an appointment, and picked tires. I drove 45 minutes to get there and they didnt have my tires. I was told they had to get them from warehouse, so I had to make another appointment. Someone should be checking their on line appointments, to make sure they have whats needed for their appointments. My 2nd appointment the service was great, I got there a little early and they took me right in. They explained everything, everyone was very nice.”

“I had a hard time finding a shop to do the alignment on my '21 F350 dually until going here. They took me in less than an hour and found exactly where my alignment was out and adjusted it perfectly.
