“We have been working with this branch for nearly 8 years now when we financed a car and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. Recently we got ourselves in a hard situation and the branch manager, Mrs. Cook, bent over backwards to help us. This bank/branch is what banking used to be, part of the community and caring of its members. They have that personal consideration for every persons situation and do their best to help. I cannot recommend them enough!”
“We have been Service Credit Union members for over 10yrs ( The Derry, NH branch, inside Walmart ) I never expected to post a review for my Credit Union/Bank but, after our experience today, I had to. 1st, we do 90% of our banking on line including direct deposit etc. So, we rarely have a need to physically go into the branch. But, today we stoped into see about a personal loan. We were helped by Matt. Banking/loan application is far from one of my favorite things to do. But, Matt made the process a pleasure. He was extremely pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and proficient. He clearly explained the process, info and numbers. Matt and Service Credit Union deserve the shout out! It dawned on me that after 10+ years as members, we have always had great service from them. In person, on line or over the phone. You can't beat their low fees either!”
