“Londonderry Citizens bank has helped me enormously over the past year of 2023. I had a serious bank issue occur through no fault of mine nor the bank’s, and it took weeks to set everything straight. Every single person there was as patient and helpful as they could possibly be- from the tellers (Su, Carla, more) to the bankers (Matt, Sam, Jake) to the manager, Nick. The rest of the year involved other personal issues, including a death in the family, which affected my finances as well as my usual composure.
