“I have dealt with Enterprise in Derry twice and both times Tom took care of me. First time I had to go to AZ from from Derry and all the cars the trucks there didn't look too comfortable but there was a GMC there and I told him I wanted to take it and he told me it wasn't road ready yet but if I gave him a day he would get it registered for me and I can take it. The following day I came back and he did exactly that and I had a nice comfortable 4 day ride. Second time my insurance set me up with a rental in Manchester and the car they got me sucked but I only needed it for a week, well a week goes by and come to find out my car wasn't going to be fixed for another 10 days so I called the Derry location and Tom answered and told him I was unhappy with the car it was a base model car that was way under what my everyday car normally had so he told me to come by and he will take care of me, I came by and found something even bigger but he worked it out for me and made the numbers work and sent me on my way and I liked the car so much he put me in I'm thinking about going to buy a new one. Thanks again Tom for helping me out I WILL be back!”

“Great experience really quick communication in the beginning. It was a slow start. The car wouldn’t turn on, but they did everything they possibly could and they got it up and running after that. The car ran smoothly as could be. I would definitely go back and rent a car again from them specifically because of how hard they worked to make sure I had a rental that could go on the road. “My truck went down for maintenance 2 days before I had to leave for vacation. I spoke with Barb about my situation and she immediately took action. They did not have a truck on site but had employees out getting other vehicles. She contacted another location and sweet talked them into giving her one of their brand new 1/2 ton trucks and had an employee on site within the hour to do a vehicle swap at the dealership so I didn't have to walk. She also made sure I had the best deal as it was going to be relatively expensive. She told me that if I needed ANYTHING to make sure to call her. When I returned the vehicle, she immediately came out and said that I was at 1/4 tank, and it would be very expensive to fill it back up through them and directed me to the closest gas station. She is by far the most professional and accommodating Enterprise rep I have ever rented from. She is a very valuable employee and represents the best that Enterprise has to offer.”

“Rented a slingshot to see the foliage in New Hampshire. Reserved an automatic. A few weeks prior to picking it up, I got a phone call. They told me the automatic was already reserved and asked if I wanted the 5 speed instead. No problem, I've been driving a manual transmission since I was 12. The wife and I had a blast the whole day. Checked in online and was out of the parking lot in 10 minutes. Return was even easier. In and out in 5 minutes. We'll be back mid summer to visit family again and we'll probably rent a Harley this time. Prices are great considering it's a 24 hour rental with free miles. Had a great time guys. Thank you.”

“This is the best car rental agency in the world. Mike, the manager, gave me the kindest customer service and best pricing. I had a very complicated moving task after my parents passed. I flew in from California and because there was so much stuff in storage I needed 3 weeks of rentals including 2 box trucks, an SUV, and a one way rental. Mike went out of his way to save me time and money. I honestly felt like he was my big brother, or favorite cousin helping me out. He gave me great rates on the moving trucks and helped me figure out the most economical ways to structure the rental. When I decided to do the one way rental from NH to OK he gave me a wise suggestion to rent a minivan if I could get all the stuff I wanted in there, they ARE pretty big with the seats folded down. I'm so glad I did it like that but he was going to help me get a difficult-to-find cargo van if I had decided to transport some bigger items.All in all, 1000 stars.
