“I have been working with Denise for my room rental for my daughters first birthday party. Not only is the pricing fair, their response time is great, they are wonderful to work with and have been accommodating. I highly recommend not only this location but working with this team :)”

“They have a good selection of used furniture, as well as numerous other sorts of items, that are all priced very reasonably. The staff is also very friendly as well. I prefer this location rather than the one in the mall.”

“What a fun thrift store with great prices. The ladies who run it are very personable and kind. They have an electric mix. I found Christmas decor and a cute throw. Look forward to returning!”

“Everything is great now the owner made things right and I am happy with that so I give this Company 5 stars now and I will definitely do more business with them down the road If they have anything else I am interested in. Unfortunately it won't let me delete the other photos of the old review out but my review is changed to this new review for the owner making things right with me after intially being blocked for NO reason at all.”

“I told a friend in need, about this place. Turns out, wow. She goes each week and comes back with 2 big boxes, full and a few bags. She is now well fed, after years of being hungry even with a whole 56bucks I'm food stamps. This is a GOOD place.”

“I always find the best treasures and deals here and the employees are friendly and helpful. I've seen some customers who were rude and nasty so that's probably why the bad reviews. I've always gotten the help I needed”

“This store has made noticeable improvements and it's nice to see. The corner of the store that used to be junky kids toys is gone and there are some interesting finds that have replaced it (like a trombone, standing mixer, an old audio tape recorder) Fun stuff that you used to expect to see in a Goodwill but not as of late. They weren't priced overtly cheap but it keeps that section nicely decorated and fun to look at which is the point.I was going to complain about the small mens clothing section but the variety is solid with more the focus on quality and not quantity. So what if women have 50 racks of clothes to choose from and men have 3, it's fine. The staff cares about what they do and it shows in there. Great job guys!”

“I've always loved this place. The prices are great, and you do find some really cute things. What I think people don't see is that this store is in a bad part of the city, there are a lot of rude people that come in, so sometimes it's hard to keep a smile on your face. Also, there is sometimes things like masks in the fitting rooms and other trash, but I know they can't always get to that immediately when people drop it in there. It's a busy place sometimes and they're only human, it doesn't help when people are consistently in and out of the fitting rooms by themselves. Another thing people don't understand is everybody has their own personal idea of "style" and "what's hot". Your idea of something really cute might be different from what teens/young adults are actually into, and you can't really blame the employees if they pass on it. They have their own personal style too. Don't expect to drive over an hour and make hundreds of dollars, you get around $6 for a pair of jeans, a dollar or less for jewelery (depending on the item), maybe a few dollars for a top... it's a used resell store. You can't expect to make a fortune. They turn down items if they have an odor or are covered in fur because all the clothing goes directly to the floor. All they ask is you wash everything beforehand and it makes the buying process so much easier and cleaner. There's a lot of misconceptions about this place, but it's overall a solid business and they're doing their best. It's a very opinionated store when it comes to buying because you can't just force people to like the same things as you, everybody's different. I'm only giving 4 stars because it is a bunch of teenagers hired there that do occasionally give attitude, but I feel like I can't really blame them with how they are treated on a daily basis by people who come in and yell at them just because they didn't take the extra step to wash their clothes ahead of time. Call ahead if you REALLY wanna know what they're taking, and don't be disappointed if your clothes aren't totally in style to the specific person sorting through your items. Like I said, they're only human and go through so much. Retail sucks, give them a smile and be kind.”
