“My move to the Orpheum was under unhappy circumstances. My husband of 52 years has deveoped dementia and is in an assisted living residence in Dover. I have been renting a studio apartment here since November, 2023 so I could be near him. I also have never lived alone and never rented an apartment.I have a friend who is living here and she strongly recommended the ORPHEUM to me.

I have met many other residents and have participated in several of the organized activities which definitely are planned to develop community and they have.
Dover is a gem. Our location is at the hub of all activities: restaurants, parks, the river, cultural events, walking trails.
At such a difficult time, I cannot say enough about how happy I am here at 104 Washington. Thank you residents and staff for all you have done to make my apartment feel like home.”

“Super nice place to live, close enough to campus for driving and buses come around every 15 minutes. Definitely recommend if you're trying get off campus and have a more traditional house to live in.”

“I cannot speak of the inside of the apartments because I have not yet visited.I have visited two of the businesses that have moved in, Buffalo Wild Wings and Laney & Lu. I like the new ? location of Buffalo Wild Wings better than the Fox ? Run Mall. More open. That's what I like about the Portsmouth Laney & Lu. Also, more parking available at the Portsmouth Laney & Lu than the Exeter location.The West ⬅️ End looks so much better and there is better access. I am a Portsmouth native and this area use to be really run down. It is a night and day difference!I'm holding off on five ⭐ s because I hope to one day see ? the apartments and find out more about them.”
