“I lived in West End Yards for two years. The location is great and I think the units are a good size with updated appliances. The residents and staff are extremely friendly and the maintenance team are so kind and very responsive. Parking is easy and I personally think the snow plow policy was reasonable. I rated four stars instead of five simply because of the price of the units and the gym amenity is a little bare, but I enjoyed my time in West End Yards and think it is a fair value especially with rising costs in Portsmouth.”

“I’ve really enjoyed my time living at the Orpheum. The units are bright, modern, and well-crafted, and the entire building is always exceptionally well maintained. Having my own washer/dryer was a must so this has been a huge plus. I’ve also used the gym and parking, both of which are extremely convenient.
Dover is a charming community with a great walking trail nearby, and every staff member I’ve interacted with has been warm, welcoming, and helpful. Overall, it’s been a wonderful first apartment as a new grad. Definitely recommend!”
