From that first day Mimi Kelly, Community Manager, has been absolutely wonderful to deal with!! My daughter never signed a lease before or had to rent an apt on her own and Mimi could not have been more helpful guiding us through the process. In these past few months I have asked a ton of questions about various things and Mimi not only always answers in a timely manner, but she takes the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions or concerns. Her customer service is top notch!! If you are concerned about your child living so far away and renting an apartment, then rent at Madbury Commons. Not only is it located right on the edge of campus near everything, but no matter what concern or issue you have going forward Mimi will answer it or resolve it in a timely manner. I especially appreciate that even though my daughter is on the lease, Mimi has no issues with me being involved and asking questions on her behalf.”

“All around the staff was very helpful and friendly, including maintenance!! The apartment was very new/updated. Our ONE gripe was how expensive it was for how small the space was. And the parking being an additional monthly fee didn’t help with our gripe on expense 😂 But I guess that’s what you pay for for a modern apartment in a good location! 🤷🏼♀”
