I have to say that everyone with whom we interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable and worked together as a team. The manager (Dylan) was picking up lunch for them on his way in, he was there to answer his staff's questions and did everything to move the process along! Great job K.B., B.P. and Dylan! I had an after-hours technical issue that was also handled in top notch fashion, thank you Adam! Highly recommend this crew to give your business to. I went back today and they assisted with my prior carrier payoff process. 5 stars all around!!”

“Best Verizon store on the east side... I have been to all of them, up and down Route 16. Yesterday I tried a shortcut and used a different satellite Verizon store and ended up coming back here again. “I just went in to return my router because we are moving. There was a long line of elderly people in front of me and behind me. James provided them all with patience, professionalism, and great customer service. I was extremely impressed because I was annoyed just hearing the customers asking insanely simple questions that can be answered online. He did his best to help the customer understand. There was an agitated elderly man that clearly didnt understand something, but I saw James handle that situation so well. He apologized for the wait when it was my turn. 100% great customer service. Please pay him more, given the clientele, he deserves it. Iykyk.”
