“Wow! I have a Nemo Roamer XL sleeping pad that is amazing and so comfortable! That’s not even the best part. Over a year after buying it, it got a leak so I contacted Nemo support about a repair but it’s the holidays and I have a trip coming up quick, so they offered to send me a new pad! I’m blown away, I didn't even ask for that!! This is amazing customer service that is unheard of these days. Nemo you have a customer for life and I will be sharing my experience with my friends.”

“Great visit- plenty helpful and great service. If you are from out of state- don’t bother looking for something more local… it’s worth the drive just to make sure it’s open and well stocked with what you need to fish in NH.”

“I’m a new runner and heard from a few friends that Runner’s Alley was a great place to go for a pair of shoes. I went in and Mitch quickly started helping and assessing my gait/run. He gave me a couple options (both of which felt great) and was able to leave with a super comfortable pair of new shoes to get going, all within 5-10 minutes. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I’ll be back!”

“Great dive shop, as an active duty military member I enjoying my time at this dive shop. They work around my schedule for scheduling dives that worked for me. I was able to continue my PADI diver training and certification with my advanced dive and rescue diver course as well as 3 additional specialty courses. Dick and his staff are informative, respectful and positive addition to his team and always helped me with any equipment questions or anything I needed. I have had worked with 3 other really good dive shops, but none of them had the trifecta Portsmouth Scuba has, great instructors, great store knowledge and customer service and an instructors available to schedule dives. I would highly encourage anyone whom is interested to take that first step and try out diving in the open water course. For those whom do find the diving bug it opens up a whole new world of diving that can be done around the world.

Active duty and veterans recommended checking your military friendly resources availability through TA or such programs as Operation Blue pride, Force Blue and Patriots for disabled divers. Also know that PADI has a %15 discount for any eLearning courses you take.”

“We stop at this store while we're on our way to Ogunquit and points north, but I sometimes wonder if we visit points north while we're in the area of this store. Great store with a wide range of products. Where else can you buy sports clothing, shoes, a kayak, a tent, binoculars, Yeti products, and chocolate covered peanuts?”

“Loved our experience. I wish I got the name of the young lady who helped us, but she was divine. I came in for one item and they didn't have it, left with $200 dollars worth of other great stuff. You can't go wrong with Life Is Good. I highly recommend the beach bag. LOVE IT... I think it was $34.00 and two doors down a REALLY nice beach bag (equally nice) was $180. I vote Life Is Good every time!Oh, and limited ingredient dog biscuits for my tea cup doggies!”

“The two ladies that assisted us with our toddler on Sunday Nov. 26 around 4:30 pm we're incredible! Feeling slightly embarrassed that our son was off the walls due to being overly tired, these two ladies handled him amazingly. Incredibly appreciative for not only their help guiding us to what we were looking for, but also their patience and playfulness with our son. We not only got what we came in for a great deal, bought a few other things as well. Will definitely be back again.”

“Great selection of shoes and workout clothing. They always have the gear we need each sports season so we know we can count on leaving with whatever the kids need no matter what the sport. Also love the coupon you get when you return an item - great incentive to stay and shop a bit more!”

“I shop here regularly but it is hit and miss. The styles are mostly for a younger crowd and it is considered a 'skate board' shop. Every now and then I find something I cannot live without. The prices are high on most everything though they do have a large discounted area in the back of the store. It is large because mostly things are overpriced when they arrive in the store so a larger number of items are discounted in the back of the store than you would expect. But even some of those prices are too high. There are often shoe styles I would like to buy but they rarely have much in the way of sizes so you will have to shop online if you see something you love. The staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. They rarely greet you as you shop but they have many attendants on duty who just ignore the customers. I often see 4 or 5 cashier/attendants hanging around the registers chit-chatting with each other while they completely ignore their customers. I sense attitude even when I cash out. It is almost embarrassing to shop there. I don't feel welcome. But when I find something I like then I endure the attitude to pay for it.”
