“Update: there was a glitch in their messaging software that was causing my messages not to go through and vice versa. Finally made contact and got a replacement tent super fast.”

“Great visit- plenty helpful and great service. If you are from out of state- don’t bother looking for something more local… it’s worth the drive just to make sure it’s open and well stocked with what you need to fish in NH.”

“Great service! They helped my husband find shoes where he can be on his feet all day at work with plantar fasciitis and not be in pain. He says it's like walking on clouds!”

“Just nothing short of an amazing dive shop, huge assortment of scuba equipment with fantastic classes and instructors. Highly professional and knowledgeable - I absolutely recommend them. They are incredible at training divers at all ages. What an awesome experience we've had and we look forward to taking higher level classes with Portsmouth Scuba!”

“All the staff today were wonderful there and helpful.I took my son shoe shopping today. Cam was so helpful and professional. My son wears leg braces and many shoe stores do not even have one shoe we can find that fits. He looked through the whole store to find the right width, size and low back. He found a shoe that actually fit which was awesome!!! He came back and asked if it fit him.”

“Clean and vibrant surf shop with great customer service. Very well stocked on clothing items as well as shoes and bags. The music playing throughout the store was at a great sound level, and each clothing section was well-marked and organized. Vibes are astonishing.”

“Outstanding customer service! Why? I ordered two e-gifts on the site. But I made an error with an email address. Brought it the attention of customer service and was rectified in less than 24 hours!”

“Loved our experience. I wish I got the name of the young lady who helped us, but she was divine. I came in for one item and they didn't have it, left with $200 dollars worth of other great stuff. You can't go wrong with Life Is Good. I highly recommend the beach bag. LOVE IT... I think it was $34.00 and two doors down a REALLY nice beach bag (equally nice) was $180. I vote Life Is Good every time!Oh, and limited ingredient dog biscuits for my tea cup doggies!”

“I really like this place, I go every summer and they always have good deals. I always buy shoes here and you can get a great durable pair for around 60 dollars that will last you a year.”

“Hayden Sports has very friendly staff as well as high-quality and creatively designed apparel. They have traditional and student-designed items. A great small business! I highly recommend stopping by their store on Main Street or visiting their website. Even if you're not a UNH Wildcat!”

“The two ladies that assisted us with our toddler on Sunday Nov. 26 around 4:30 pm we're incredible! Feeling slightly embarrassed that our son was off the walls due to being overly tired, these two ladies handled him amazingly. Incredibly appreciative for not only their help guiding us to what we were looking for, but also their patience and playfulness with our son. We not only got what we came in for a great deal, bought a few other things as well. Will definitely be back again.”

“I shop here regularly but it is hit and miss. The styles are mostly for a younger crowd and it is considered a 'skate board' shop. Every now and then I find something I cannot live without. The prices are high on most everything though they do have a large discounted area in the back of the store. It is large because mostly things are overpriced when they arrive in the store so a larger number of items are discounted in the back of the store than you would expect. But even some of those prices are too high. There are often shoe styles I would like to buy but they rarely have much in the way of sizes so you will have to shop online if you see something you love. The staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. They rarely greet you as you shop but they have many attendants on duty who just ignore the customers. I often see 4 or 5 cashier/attendants hanging around the registers chit-chatting with each other while they completely ignore their customers. I sense attitude even when I cash out. It is almost embarrassing to shop there. I don't feel welcome. But when I find something I like then I endure the attitude to pay for it.”

“Went in for a basketball hoop and manager said they had it in stock. When we went to load it turns out size we purchased wasn't in stock. Took half off the next closest hoop and didn't have too. Really great experience.”
