I was in a rush trying to find my son a dress shirt and tie because we had an event that same day in just a few hours (last minute mama!), and when I asked her where I could find what I was looking for, she dropped what she was doing, and she lead me to the boys department and showed me some options. She is not only an asset in housewares, but is willing to help customers in any department in the store! She was both friendly and helpful. Thanks Cynthia, he looked great!”

“Last night, Wednesday August 26th, my son and I ventured to Walmart in search of s’mores ingredients. I got a little lost down the cookie aisle and was quickly helped by this saint named Laura. She pointed me to where I was looking to go, but also made an incredible suggestion of using fudge dipped cookies in place of that typical graham crackers. It was a very short interaction, but she made my night very special and forever changed the way I will make that seasonal campfire snack. Her politeness and charm, despite being very soft spoken, resonated volumes to me-and it was just what I needed in that moment. I can only imagine that she is an absolute pillar of the Epping Walmart Team. I have been going to that store since it was first built, I have never remembered an employee’s name, and I have never had a more positive interaction than I did last night. What an incredible example of team members are capable of achieving at that store. It was quick, but it led to a very memorable evening with my son in the backyard re-inventing the way I cooked s’mores, and they were delicious. She’s an angel and a genius.”
