“I really can't say enough good things about Exeter Cycles. I've had to rely on them for new bikes, maintenance, & parts since 2021 and the staff are ALWAYS so helpful and genuine. More recently, I thought I would have to buy a whole new bicycle in order for it to be compatible with my kids trailer.
The staff had every opportunity to capitalize on my ignorance but the thought never even crossed their mind. He simply showed me an adapter I could purchase from a third party online that would work on my current bike and saved me thousands of dollars. Great courtesy on their behalf and it's a great example of long term good business practice. I'll always remember how much they saved me in the short term. We will definitely be purchasing all our bikes here in the future and recommending you guys on nextdoor as well. Thank you!!”

“This store is fine it’s the fact that you can’t do bogo on anything that is name brand .
I buy Nike ,hey dudes etc.. so what’s the point of Bogo if I can’t use it . Kohl’s does that it’s annoying nobody wants the other stuff .”
