“I used to always go here as a child and adult with my own children.
I moved away and come back to MA on occasion. The last time we were able to stop in.
I have never seen the shelves so bare and prices are higher than expected compared prior stops.
It has changed to new owners as Tom has retired.
Was able to meet the new owners who are extremely nice and are trying hard to obtain inventory for the store,but not as easy as snapping your fingers.
I hope they are able to overcome the struggle and obtain more/new inventory. Maybe some prices will go back down the way they were when they have more to sell.
I know frequent shoppers over the many years the store has been opened, looked forward to the discontinued prices and the abundance of inventory and that is why they shopped there so often.
My family and I wish you the best of luck in the hard times.”

With job market being so challenging it is extra tough to get reliable, pleasant, customer friendly workers.Several of the management has longevity which makes it reassuring to shop there.For the most part the cashiers are nice and helpful.Everyone is picking up slack for labor shortage. I hope top level mgt gives extra compensation to retain who they have. “Large selection of shirts, pullovers and hoodies. Tempting price$! I was looking for a lightweight raincoat for my daughter but their selection was limited and what they had didn't have hoods. Bummer!Space is tight inside but the service was friendly.”

Just not carrying the usual items I frequent for.
Seems every location up here in NH has a different stock or purchasing agent.”
“This is a great store with unique food items from Europe. I find delicious sweet pastry from Italy, vegetable spread Ajvar from Eastern Europe, baklava from Greece. Great value, prices and selection.”
“Shoutout to Elsie, the manager here, for going above and beyond. A few days ago I somehow managed to walk out and forget a pack of paper towels at the register. I came back the next day just to ask about it, not expecting much, especially since I didn’t even have the receipt. Elsie actually took the time to check the cameras, found the moment I left them, and set them aside for me. When I stopped in today she remembered and handed them right back to me. It might seem like a small thing, but that kind of honesty and customer care really stands out these days. Huge thanks to Elsie and the whole team — this is exactly why I’ll keep coming back.”
