“My experience with KG Automotive Staff especially Ryan was beyond my expectations... unfortunately I can only rate my experience 5 out 5. Ryan what over and beyond the call of his job to make sure I was fully aware of the issues my car had, especially when I told him I was driving back home to Michigan. I felt like my safety became his personal quest to make sure my pup and I was in the safest possible vehicle. I mean he went as far as putting on 2 lug nuts on my tires that were missing when another company told me I needed 20. Let's not talk about the bathroom that felt like a 5 star resort. An array awesome snacks, the beverages, even juice boxes for the kiddos...this company thought about everything. Ryan, thank you for taking such good care of me.
