I was so happy to have them replace my Cellar Windows with Harvey Windows, and then another job with Fixed Large Triangle windows I had them come and replace many windows that fogged up. Very Happy with the Installation both Ken and Henry did a great job.”

“I don’t normally write reviews but I think this auto body shop did an exceptional job. The dealership backed my car into a service bay garage. For starters the dealership handled it really well, they said they take full responsibility and will cover the damages (they also replaced a broken part unrelated to the accident for free) but then they sent the car here to get the rest fixed. At first the car hadn’t been registered in their system for about a week and a half, no big deal, want them to take their time. I ended up calling the autobody shop personally to catch on some updates as the dealership wasn’t really checking in with us. The guy picked up the phone with respect and a great attitude. He then continued to call me and my mom repeatedly to give us updates periodically, not too much, not too little (Worked with Steve to what we know) they then took their time and did a great job. I’m a super observant person especially when it came to cars, could not tell it was scraped. Not only did they fix the initial damage, they also fixed another giant gash in the rear bumper (not sure if that was the dealer or autobody shop who chose to fix that) regardless, I am very pleased with this work and am very happy to write this review. Both the dealership (Lovering Volvo Meredith) and this autobody shop handled the situation perfectly. They cared for my car like it was their own, the car means a lot to me and I’m glad they did this kind of job and I would definitely do business with them for future needs.”

“The awning on my trailer was pulled off by torrential downpours while camping in Guilford NH. I called Thompson's in the morning and he was here that afternoon. He did a great job taking care of removing the awning and caulked the holes in the side of my trailer to prevent any possible rain damage. He even removed the broken awning and support brackets. I hope I never need another repair call, but if I do, I'll be calling him again.”
