“I can not remember the name of the man that did my blood test but he was awesome. It was my first time giving blood and once he heard that it was his mission to make me so comfortable and not nervous anymore. He pulled out a lounge chair for me to lay on in case I felt faint at all and talked to me the entire time while he was taking my blood about my pets to try and distract me. I couldn’t believe how easy it was and over so fast. I cannot say enough great things about this phlebotomist, he made it the easiest experience possible and calmed all of my nerves the minute I walked in.”
“Maria was wonderful during my blood draw this morning. she helped me resolve an issue with the orders from my provider and was a very calm presence. I, like most people, do not like needles so she made it a calm and quick process. It was over before I knew it ! many thanks to Maria !”
