“I made an appointment online which was easy. Checked in with the link in the text they sent me and waited maybe 5 minutes before being seen. I went mid day so a little busy but not bad. Pretty easy to find if you go in the main doors of the building and look at the sign that says second floor. My labs were also online for me to see in just 2 days. Staff was nice too. I do recommend making an appointment since they prioritize those.”

“Amherst , NH location - walked in just before noon and was seen as soon as I completed registration at the kiosk. Seating area and private blood draw area was very clean. Staff was professional and thorough. I was in and out in under 20 minutes and within two hours I received an email to access their portal to view my labs when they were ready. Very convenient.”
