“I took my 2020 Audi S4 here twice in the past few years. The first time was for autobody work, the staff were very professional and kept me in the loop along the way with everything that was going on. Had driven it for over a year before I ran into an unrelated problem with coolant leaking; they did a full inspection of my car determined it was something internal with engine, and would have to go Audi for repairs. They didn't charge me for any of the diagnostic work even though it sounds like they did quite a bit to figure out what the problem was. I appreciate the work/ help they did on car and would bring any of my cars back to their location. Very quick/ responsive team!”

“I saw the vehicle I wanted on their web site, so I picked up the phone and gave them a call. Ali answered. He was knowledgeable and friendly. With an appointment set up, I drove down from Portland, Maine and met Ali in person. A few hours later I drove home in my new Hyundai at a great price with a fair trade in value. The car was detailed and the extras that McFarland included, most notably the 3 years, 36k of service and exterior protective coating, helped to seal the deal. Ali worked with me throughout the entire purchasing process. For the first car I negotiated without the help of my mother, The entire trip to McFarland could not have gone better! “I wasn't actually at Dents r US. Theres a mechanic that has a shop in the same location. Its called S G Tri state auto brokers and a guy named Bill owns it. His knowledge is vast and his labor rates are on average. $80 per hr. He also sells used autos cheap and affordable. Thats where I bought my current car, 2005 Buick Park Ave.”
“Went to a shop and they told me it was a transmission issue and there was nothing they could do for me, just charged me 65 for looking at it and then shrugged. Went here and the man working Thursday afternoon was a thousand times more helpful, informative, and reassuring. He knew about the type of transmission my car had and was able to help us understand our situation better.”
