I had quite an insane situation that happened to me on a Friday afternoon on the way to my brother's wedding where at one point I got a flat tire. Triple A towed me to this place and these guys were genuinely good people who helped me out through a time of high stress and craziness. Most garages get a reputation of trying to rip people off, but I can with full honesty say everything I experienced here was the complete opposite of that. God bless this place.”

Not only was he able to diagnose the issue, he went the extra mile to assure this was the exact culprit, and came up with a way to assure this wouldn’t happen again. Honest and fair! “I would never use their on line service again. I made an appointment, and picked tires. I drove 45 minutes to get there and they didnt have my tires. I was told they had to get them from warehouse, so I had to make another appointment. Someone should be checking their on line appointments, to make sure they have whats needed for their appointments. My 2nd appointment the service was great, I got there a little early and they took me right in. They explained everything, everyone was very nice.”

“Stopped in JIFFY LUBE SALEM hoping in between svc calls have my van oil changed, minute I drove in I was greeted by Ellis, said he could have the van
In/out with oil changed, extremely polite, 2 other technicians Justin an another were on it. One checking tire pressure the other filling the washer fluid, asked how my wiper blades are, I said fine, I mentioned my check engine lite had come on an Ellis said when oil is completed the manager Joe would take a look, 14 min later the van was pulled over to joe who Diagnosed a miss fire on plug #6. Being in between svc calls i scheduled for next Saturday am. OVER ALL DEFINITELY 5 STAR SVC Guys were fast, efficient, polite, very respectful of even a work van.. Will definitely return. Thank you Joe an Ellis an team for the exceptional service... Robert NEW ERA Plumbing an HVAC...”
