“I placed a special order for some composite decking boards, and I am not a professional builder. The service from the Pro Desk specialists was outstanding: from the guidance with my special order and timely notifications, to later exceptional help with arranging cutting, re-packaging and loading my large-size order. Mary was the best! I was very stressed about transporting these long boards, but the Pro Desk and other store associates made it a smooth process. The rental services were also very helpful and professional. I am very thankful for all the help my husband and I received at the store and on the phone.”
