“Usually my experience is fairly good, and the employees are always nice and friendly. Tonight however, was very very different and disappointing. We were there around 10:20-10:40pm on November 5 2025. The guy running the register was NOT wearing his name tag, but the description I can give, he had chunky earrings, roundish face, he kinda looked like he had a beard, and he was about average weight and not much taller than 5’4. He was rude when we miscalculated our total, and we asked to start from scratch, he completely cleared it and tried to put it back in and we asked him to pause because we needed to recalculate. We walked out of the way so he could help the other customers. We came back when we were ready and then he tried to make it so we couldn’t get the discounts we were supposed to get. When we finally got to the bagging part and at first I said no thank you, but my friend wanted one, so I corrected myself and said yes please. (I did say please and thank you, we all did.) He did not give us a bag, and threw our receipt. We just pushed it down, not wanting to cause any more issues or a scene. We apologized for the inconvenience, and we left. I hope you will look this over and do something about this, like I said, normally my experiences aren’t tbat bad. Thank you.”
