“Great experience really quick communication in the beginning. It was a slow start. The car wouldn’t turn on, but they did everything they possibly could and they got it up and running after that. The car ran smoothly as could be. I would definitely go back and rent a car again from them specifically because of how hard they worked to make sure I had a rental that could go on the road. They even called me during the day to double check that everything was going well. They checked in each day actually that I had the vehicle, which is a lot more than some people have done. “My truck went down for maintenance 2 days before I had to leave for vacation. I spoke with Barb about my situation and she immediately took action. They did not have a truck on site but had employees out getting other vehicles. She contacted another location and sweet talked them into giving her one of their brand new 1/2 ton trucks and had an employee on site within the hour to do a vehicle swap at the dealership so I didn't have to walk. She also made sure I had the best deal as it was going to be relatively expensive. She told me that if I needed ANYTHING to make sure to call her. When I returned the vehicle, she immediately came out and said that I was at 1/4 tank, and it would be very expensive to fill it back up through them and directed me to the closest gas station. She is by far the most professional and accommodating Enterprise rep I have ever rented from. She is a very valuable employee and represents the best that Enterprise has to offer.”

“Rented a slingshot to see the foliage in New Hampshire. Reserved an automatic. A few weeks prior to picking it up, I got a phone call. They told me the automatic was already reserved and asked if I wanted the 5 speed instead. No problem, I've been driving a manual transmission since I was 12. The wife and I had a blast the whole day. Checked in online and was out of the parking lot in 10 minutes. Return was even easier. In and out in 5 minutes. We'll be back mid summer to visit family again and we'll probably rent a Harley this time. Prices are great considering it's a 24 hour rental with free miles. Had a great time guys. Thank you.”
