“Went into Talbot's store this morning, shortly after it opened. I walked around a bit, I think I did about 4 or so laps around the store. I noticed the 2 employees were free of customers. I was in the store for about 10 minutes. I watched a customer enter the store and be greeted by the sales employee. I couldn't figure out why I was being ignored so I left and went to the store behind them called Alapage. I was greeted within 10 seconds of entering and explained what I was looking for. She was friendly & helpful which was a successful experience since I bought an item.”
“I don’t normally review department stores. Needed to give a special shoutout to Karla and Gage. I was in twice today, once to purchase and then return an item I had bought. Gage was incredibly kind and efficient at the checkout process, and Karla was incredibly helpful getting my return processed. If these two employees are indicative of the team, hats off to everyone at this location!”
“I’ve been going to tanning salons my whole life & none of them compare. Everything is clean, safe, & top of the line. The boutique is adorable & staff is very knowledgeable. Besides tanning, I also use the sauna pod as well as the red light therapy bed. All around great place.”
“Great upscale consignment store, high-end only like the lowest brand they have is anthropologie so that’s saying something. Ladies working there are super nice. Prices are a little steep for consignment stores, but I mean it’s in Bedford so I feel like that’s kind of a given.”

“Two friends and I recently had a wonderful shopping experience at Gondwana & Divine. The service was outstanding and Sara and Liz offered suggestions and recommendations tailored to our individual tastes, styles, and the types of events we were shopping for. They both have excellent taste and a discerning eye. They expanded my horizons by suggesting clothes I wouldn’t have chosen and which looked better on me than the things I chose! The store has a fabulous selection and it was worth driving from out-of-state to shop there. I can’t recommend them highly enough!”

“Great place to shop! Did everyone know you can now return most items to each of the TJX/Marshall's stores? As long as each sells similar products (for ex: cannot return MEN'S shoes to TJX, as TJX does not sell men's shoes).”

“My daughter’s father and I popped into the store to look for some specific items our daughter wanted for Christmas. We were unfamiliar with the characters of the show she likes however the employee working was extremely helpful in finding what we were looking for. I cannot remember the persons name, I want to say it was Tallia, either way, they helped us find the section of the store that had all the “One Piece” characters and we found something we think she’ll like. Kudos to the employee working at the Manchester NH location on 11/4/25 during the day shift.”

“Helpful and friendly staff.Update: call ahead for confirmation of store hours. For example, I went in to pick up an order on 9/11/21. I arrived at 11:20 the posted store hours are 11:00-7:00. The store was closed and no signage advertising closed for [memorial]. This was also something that happened in December 2020 during the holiday season. In December I had to decline my overseas order and return it.”
“I don’t give too many reviews. However, this one is going out there… shut out to Gina!I came in to exchange an item. Went to look for the right size and couldn’t find what I was looking for..Gina was walking by and asked if I needed help, then went out back to check for the item I was looking for. They didn’t have it in stock. She brought me up front and had other associate to do the exchange.She and the other staff were extremely nice and professional. I was in disbelief how they provided this exceptional customer service. Retail is a very hard job. Customers can be nasty. You need a lot of patience to do this type of job. Gina and her staff definitely make it easy and pleasant for customers. Thank you!”

They always have great deals and specials going on, and they personalize the dressing rooms with your name on it so you feel right at home! I have so many clothes from here simply because they are CUTE and COMFORTABLE! Lastly, the staff was great! “A lot of fun choices. Quality for some items are so so but prices reflects that so fair enough. Also bc pre-teens and teenagers frequent the store and their style and or sizes often change more than older adults it is what it is...perfect for the situation.”

I like the clothes they have here but some clothes are expensive sometimes they do have sales on their clothes . But anyways they have the left side is for men or boys and the right side of this store is for girls or woman. The staff here are nice and friendly people. The floors are clean and yes they do have dressing or fitting rooms here as well. This place is inside the Manchester new Hampshire mall.”

Unfortunately, braid dead people are everywhere and I would expect to run into them wherever I shop. That said, there are excellent staff to be found at JCPenney if one has some patience and looks.”
