I'm so glad I found them as Doug was super friendly, reasonably priced, and he showed up as scheduled. Bottom line: They provide exceptional customer service. “I had forgotten what good customer service was like until I took my car to Hamel Brothers. They were exceptional!! From the time I walked in the door until I drove my repaired car away, they made everything so easy with friendly, customer oriented service. They set up the rental of a car and the rental was there when I dropped my car off. They kept me updated while my car was being fixed, worked with the insurance company, and best of all, the repair work was excellent! The car looked like it did when I bought it.

“Birch Street Collision, is the best. My SUV, was sideswiped. I brought my SUV in for an estimate, they did it while I waited. They made the whole process easy and quick. They even called the rental company to pick me up for my rental car. The work they did on my car was PERFECT, including a scratch, that wasn't even part of the insurance claim. I thought it would take longer but it was ready, right on time, My SUV was given back to me completely cleaned, inside and out. I would highly recommend this body shop to everyone.”
“Joe’s Auto is fantastic! This week I was having issue removing some screws off the hinges of my jeep wrangler hard door's, I was a a total loss. I took a ride to Joes and ask his opinion on what to do. He told me bring down and we can try to give you hand. I dropped them and I no time they were calling me to come pick them up, all the screws were removed, I was thrilled. I will go out of my way to recommend Joe’s Auto, their pricing is super reasonable and the customer service was way above standards. Big thanks to Joe and his crew!”

“Gave em a call, had a lil laundry list for them to do, they told me Wednesday dropped it off early and it was done on that Wednesday, they filled me in with info on why my car was running as funky as it was, keep in mind they did engine work, tire issue fixed, oil change, and diagnostics b4 all that in one day, staff was very respectful, and courteous, had no worries about leaving my car there (first time ever there fyi). 11/10 Highly Recommend to anyone who has had bad experiences getting work done. They will surely get any job needed done!”
