Some of the staff are very rude, the guy that helped me at the counter was friendly though. Dropping off the letter at this distribution center seemed odd it wasn’t like a regular post office entrance

My experience is about 50/50. I've had people be unhelpful and rude and I have had people that have gone above and beyond to help me. Four months ago, agent Cassandra really helped me out with an issue were I was a victim of fraud from shopping online. She went above and beyond to assist me and I am very grateful.

I sell items online and have to visit this location multiple times a week almost every day or every other and the staff has always been super nice and speedy getting my packages scanned and on the way
