“Swung down this morning to pick up a package that said “hold at customers request”. Dude behind the counter was very polite and explained it was just an error of it being on the wrong truck and would be delivered next day but I was there early enough and my truck hadn’t left yet so he was able to snag my package. Super helpful thank you!”

“My experience here was amazing! Judy and Leo helped me out even though I came in near closing and was inexperienced in shipping packages. I was unable to get the right box at the time and they found an even better box that fit my package perfectly and gave me a great rate. Not only that, but they packed it up nicely and made the process so easy. I can't thank them enough!Thanks so much for helping me out! Would recommend this store for the friendly and helpful staff”

“It was the usual very busy Saturday afternoon at the post office and I was dreading the wait after seeing the long line. But the woman at the front kept the line moving, even while some customers can be difficult or came very unprepared, she still did it all with a smile. Also super thankful for Ryan being able to retrieve forever stamps that I was hoping to have for wedding invitations. I was worried theyd be sold out of the ones I was looking for, but he made sure to check in the back for us. I didn’t want to bother since it was a busy Saturday, but he was so quick, and we were all in and out in a timely manner! Kudos to them for handling the madness with grace.”
“Michelle is an amazing employee who works her butt off and consistently goes above and beyond. She treats every customer with respect and hustles every single day to deliver the best service and the most positive experience possible.
With that being said…
She should not have to work alone. Every day she faces a line out the door, overflowing packages across the counter and down the hallway, and the workload of multiple people—all by herself. USPS truly needs to hire additional help to support her. Having three registers but only one employee is not fair to Michelle, and it’s not fair to the customers relying on this location.

“I’m very new to doing almost daily deliveries through USPS. I have to say that the front desk assistants have been very kind, helpful, and VERY patient with me. I usually have 5+ packages to be sent out and the first couple of trips were difficult for me. I can’t remember his name but the man at the desk was so friendly and didn’t make me feel rushed or stupid. My multiple packages have also been shipped out the day of or the day after drop off which I appreciate so much for my customers! I will continue to do business with this Nashua location!”
“I’m surprised by these reviews because I personally have had nothing but great experiences with Merrimack post office. Yes, I get random mail inserts but I feel as though that’s the norm everywhere. I really want to shout out Beth because I had a package that was going to be delivered late due to the snow storm. I was getting no updates on the location. I submitted a request to find my package and Beth called me personally to give me updates. She even called me during the snow storm to tell me she had the package and it would be delivered the next day. Thanks for the great customer service!”
