“Irwin Collision does great work, offering stellar service from start to finish. I want to thank my service advisor, Jake, for the great communication throughout. I ended up going out of my way (2.5-hours) to have the work done at Irwin after finding that the closer centers covered by the insurance company did not have a great reputation. This made pickup a little trickier to time, but Jake went out of his way to make it as easy as possible for me.
The car looks better than ever and I would recommend anyone to have their collision work done at Irwin.”

“10+ stars! Reggie just SAVED my day. It's about 30 min before my work shift and my car dies. Total brick. I called Advance Auto and he answered all my Qs over the phone. Determined it was most likely the battery. I was able to get it jumped, brought it to the store, and Reggie tested, confirming it dead. Time of death, 4/18/26 12:30pm. He changed out my battery in what has to be record time because he knew I had a work shift about to start. That man should apply to NASCAR! Thank you so much, Reggie, I MADE IT TO WORK ON TIME!!”
