“Cravin's is not bad for a hospital deli and snack shop. It is open to both staff and patients. Some freshly made sandwiches are good, particularly the fresh mozzarella sandwich. Quesadillas are okay, too. My favorite is chicken bacon ranch. They have a wide variety of beverages, all of which are diet or sugar-free. Sometimes they have soft serve ice creams. A sandwich plus a fizzy drink cost $10.”

“I used to go to the CVS in Hanover, but after a few poor experiences there, I took my business to the West Leb CVS, and I'm glad I did. The pharmacy's customer service is terrific, and even when they are getting slammed the line moves right along. I also like the ability to use the drive-thru option. The staff is friendly, they make a point to get to know me, and are always helpful.”

“Always open & just about always clean. Conveniemt location off I-89 Exit 19 & close to Advance Transit Red Line bus stop. Service is especially friendly during the 3rd shift; the woman who usually works during it is very pleasant. There are 3 bathrooms in the store that anyone can use & they are just about always squeaky clean. The store itself is also very well stocked. There is also an Amato's which makes pizza & other made to order & to go food. Indoor seating is also here but there's no outdoor seating for the warmer months. Lots of different flavors of Green Mountain Coffee are sold here & a microwave also assists people heat up food purchased here. NH Lottery tickets are also sold in a vending machine by the beer cave. Lots of parking too!Not necessarily a truck stop though as there are no showers unlike the Fair Haven VT location. This is basically Lebanon's version of Wawa or Sheetz, in a nutshell.”

“Everyone needs to be considerate as well as polite in their interactions with the staff at this (and every other) retail pharmacy. These individuals have a difficult, demanding, and stressful job. Staffing issues do affect us the customer, but I feel as if every time I am there the general "group think" is one of almost anger and severe annoyance towards the staff, as if it's their fault they had to wait patiently to get what they need. In my opinion, these emoloyees are over worked, and underpaid-(at least at this location.) So please, try to remember everyday common courtesy, show some restraint, and realize this is going to be the norm from now on or at least for quite awhile. I think having a little patience is a good lesson to learn here also, being in a society where literally everyone has become so accustomed with every little thing being automatically available 24/7; instant gratification, without any effort. Just, be mindful.”

“I have been going through cancer treatments for over 16 months. I don't know what I would do without my pharmacist, Jim Kern! It might be a small pharmacy but I wouldn't go anywhere else. He works with my insurance company, I get messages if I'm due for a refill. He explains carefully about questions I have about meds. Form what I have noticed he worked tirelessly during the pandemic. Even if I just need a smile, Jim is there! You can keep your large pharmacy. I'll take Miracle Mile Price chopper with Jim Kern!!”

“On April 4th at 7pm I had a medical situation where I fainted right outside the front door. Cashier/clerk James noticed right away and ran out to check on me and ask if I was ok or would require extra help. I declined extra help and James led me to the restroom and brought me a cup of water. Thank you James for your help that day! You’re a great guy.”
