My car's alternator went out while travelling midway in my 350 mile trek and Doug's allowed me to have car towed in, vehicle readied while awaiting part, allowed part be sent in from a local parts distributor so as to get me back on the road in record time, all with a friendly northeastern New Hampshire manner, that by the way is so unique even to a Midwesterner to Central Mass. transplant. Doug's it seems will go the extra mile to assist.”

“The Irving technician showed up less than two hours after I called to report that our furnace was not working. He diagnosed and repaired the problem quickly. I discovered that he was the same tech who helped us out about a year ago when we had a problem. On that occasion he diagnosed a more serious issue which led him to contact the furnace manufacturer, and we ended up getting a new furnace under warranty that Irving installed for us. The service that we have gotten from Irving has been excellent.”

“On April 4th at 7pm I had a medical situation where I fainted right outside the front door. Cashier/clerk James noticed right away and ran out to check on me and ask if I was ok or would require extra help. I declined extra help and James led me to the restroom and brought me a cup of water. Thank you James for your help that day! You’re a great guy.”

“While visiting the area we stayed down the street from the ExpressMart which was convenient to fill up while in town and to grab all the necessary Knickknacks one might need while away. They had prices were also the cheapest in the area which is always a plus.”
