“I'm giving this Kennebunk savings a 5 star. We were account holders at the Dover branch and didn't get the best feel from the bank and how it operates, BUT after closing our account I did run into some issues from the branch and the Owner of the Dover location Brendan did everything he could possibly do to make things right. Although I did not like the feel inside the bank, I would recommend Kennebunk because I am confident that will do anything to make their customers feel like their needs are met.”

“Went into this branch today to withdraw, deposit a check, and get a copy of some checks I had written in the past year for my own records. Everyone in this branch was friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the manager on duty helping me get a copy of my checks after I was told it could not be done by another branch. Thanks for the help and care for your job. “People are nice, not pushy like BOA which I am use to (you can't get any worse than them unfortunately.) I really just wish that there was an ATM that would take my money instead of always needing to see a teller for a simple deposit. Please install a depositing ATM at your locations (mostly Dover). It is very inconvenient for people that work full time to try to find time to stop by. I WANT YOU TO TAKE MY MONEY!!! Anyways, I am waiting out until this happens. “May 5, 2020: I have been a member of First Seacoast Bank for over 60 years back when It was Federal Savings Bank in Downtown Dover (and it might have been called something different then). My mother opened the account for me when I was a little girl.Now, for convenience, I frequent the Barrington, NH branch, and have been doing that for at least 10 years. The people who work there the BEST - very caring and compassionate folks. I have had personal help from Laura and she is great!The Barrington Branch is managed by Katie Buote and she is AWESOME! She has helped both me and my son with many banking needs. Katie always has a genuine smile of her face whenever I see her and makes me feel like I am the most important person on the planet when she helps me. :)I HIGHLY recommend First Seacoast Bank in Barrington, NH to anyone looking for a small, personal, and very special place to do your finances. I have savings accounts, checking and loans with them (past and present). This will always be my #1 Bank! Oh! Another great thing with their checking accounts - you are reimbursed monthly for any ATM fees that you incur while using an ATM that is not associated with First Seacoast Bank! Who does that?
