“Have to give a shout out to the folks at NECU. They are really on the ball when it comes to fraud protection. Within minutes of someone trying to use my debit card number to make a purchase someplace in Texas, I received a phone call from the NECU fraud detection unit, asking me if I attempted to make this purchase. When I replied no, they immediately put a hold on my account and cancelled the card. Later on that morning, I got in my car and drove to my local branch in Northwood. The employees inside were great. I explained the situation to the smiling person at the window, and I was on my way with a new card in less than 10 minutes. It really is a pleasure dealing with a business that cares about it's customers as much as NECU does.”
