“Was having trouble finding a jeweler that could help me find exactly what I was looking for. Other places marketed that their salespeople didn’t get paid commission which I initially thought would be beneficial, but unfortunately I found that leads to less motivated salespeople who are less interested in the work that might be required to satiate a customers needs. Elie figured out exactly what I was looking for / what was important to me for the diamond and was able to source something for me within a week that I was thrilled about. Could not recommend him enough.”
“I can’t even begin to describe how amazing this place is. The team is incredibly professional, and they go above and beyond to ensure everything is perfectly sanitized and safe. From the moment you walk in to the “piercing room”, they make sure you’re comfortable, informed, and genuinely happy with what’s going to happen.
Since getting into piercings, I’ve spent a lot of time looking at photos and videos online, and I’m honestly shocked by how many places have poor placements or uncomfortable-looking procedures. That only makes me appreciate this shop even more.

Family and friends have worked with the Princess Jewelers Team on a variety of projects, and I somewhat recently had the pleasure of working very closely with Andrew and Skye on my (now) wife's engagement ring, my wedding band and my wife's 'stack.'From the onset, I was quite particular about what I wanted/wanted to see for the engagement ring. Andrew went out of his way to ensure that I had multiple options to review and choose from. After the first round of diamonds came in, I asked to see a few additional stones. Andrew made it happen, and he communicated with me clearly and regularly throughout every step. Skye was often available to jump in and help out, as well. Once I selected a stone, we finished the design process together, and shortly thereafter the ring was complete. It came out very nicely, and Sarah receives regular comments on it. The same is true for our wedding bands and Sarah's ring stack.I made an error with the inscription on Sarah's wedding band – Andrew took care of it without question and in a timely manner (so that we'd have the corrected version for our wedding day). That’s the kind of service that you receive at Princess.Princess is a family owned and operated business with years of experience and insight. The team will happily provide recommendations/suggestions as desired, but they also listen very carefully to the purchasers goals and wishes. “Went into Talbot's store this morning, shortly after it opened. I walked around a bit, I think I did about 4 or so laps around the store. I noticed the 2 employees were free of customers. I was in the store for about 10 minutes. I watched a customer enter the store and be greeted by the sales employee. I couldn't figure out why I was being ignored so I left and went to the store behind them called Alapage. I was greeted within 10 seconds of entering and explained what I was looking for. She was friendly & helpful which was a successful experience since I bought an item.”

“1st time customer and also someone who doesn't really shop jewelry much just was shopping around in the outlet for gifts. Was greeted by Luke, Kaitlin on weekday as it wasn't really busy.
