“I prefer to do my printing in store but I only had the option to make the Thank You cards I wanted online. I ordered them and when they came in, I opened the card and it said “YOUR MESSAGE HERE” in big black letters on every card! I was a bit irritated to say the least. I went to the store to see if there was anything I could do. Melissa was GREAT! She got right on the phone with customer service and was able to get me a refund. She then came up with a great idea for my cards as a way to still use them, so I took her advice and was able to use the ones I had ordered. Grateful for Melissa taking the time to help me.”

“Great customer service, called at 1pm to see if I could come pick up my shipment instead of waiting for delivery, Ann Marie that answered the phone was extremely pleasant, checked on my shipment and said it was still on the trailer but give them an hour and they will have it ready. When I got there and walked in a gentleman came right out of his office and took care of everything. In and out in 15 minutes, very pleased.”

“I see that there are a lot of negative experiences with FedEx Ground here in Londonderry, so I figured I'd try sharing a negative experience turned positive because of this location.I had ordered a really nice office chair, and had been really excited to receive it. I saw through FedEx tracking that it was scheduled to arrive early. I became even more excited when I saw the tracking had updated to "Out for Delivery", because everyone turns into a little kid when they know they have a package on the way. Well, that day came and went with no delivery. I didn't think too much of it, because things happen. The driver could've been overloaded, they might not have been able to handle the package (the box was about 80 lbs) or something else. I called FedEx customer service, and was told that the package was delayed for unknown reasons, but would be delivered the next day. The next day comes and goes, tracking updated, but nothing was delivered. I called customer service again, and was told now it was the next day. As before, tracking updated, but nothing was delivered. I should also note that tracking updated, but after the initial delivery date, tracking never again said "Out For Delivery", it only said "In Transit at Londonderry fulfillment center" I called customer service yet again, and voiced my concerns that because tracking was not showing that my package was out for delivery, that I would not receive it. They just told me that it would be delivered. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but was told that one wasn't present. I decided to try and figure out where my package was myself. I drove to FedEx at 44 Industrial Drive, and went to the package pickup door at the guardhouse place (the little building in front of the ultra-massive warehouse). I gave my tracking number and asked if it was there, and if I could pick it up. After a few minutes, I was told that my package was there, and they cleared me to drive in and grab it. An employee helped me load the package into my car, and I was out in a flash. Also, this facility has more security than Fort Knox.Despite the general FedEx customer service line having a limited scope of any internal issues (I'm assuming the call centers are remote) and not really being able to give an accurate idea of what's going on, the fulfillment center was excellent about helping me out with my issue and getting me my package. Don't let the customer service line frustrate you, FedEx is usually very good about taking care of customers in person.”

On a daily basis, I’ve observed Lderry postal workers going above and beyond the call of duty in, frankly, a sometimes thankless job. Bravo!”

“I am an inconsiderate, last-minute type of person. I'm never on time and I thoroughly frustrate all who know me.When I arrived at the FedEx office four minutes before closing, I expected the following to happen:1. The office would already have closed early.2. The office might allow me in, but the employees would be rude and show obvious disdain due to my lack of consideration.None of the above occurred. In fact, just the opposite.The woman who greeted me couldn't have been more pleasant and professional. She didn't show any frustration, just friendliness.I had two orders to ship, and one was international. She knew exactly how to handle the completion of the international order and did not delay assisting with the paperwork.I was out the door two minutes past 7pm.But most importantly, the woman who helped me never made me feel like I was imposing on her time. She was proficient, professional, and pleasant.It is rare to encounter such exemplary customer service. This experience set a standard that will be hard to surpass.”
