Not much else I can say. It’s a cell phone store and they sold me the phone I needed…”
“Mike took care of me with a heavily modified 2010 GT500. I spent 1.5 years looking for a mechanic/shop to do a much needed 4 wheel alignment on the car. Due to the modifications, and lack of specs in my possession (purchased vehicle with modifications already made), no one in the area would even attempt the job. Pro-Image was referred to me via word of mouth, when I called approximately the 15th shop in attempt to make an appointment. Mike was put on the phone, and his tone of voice told me everything. Not only was he confident he could do the work extremely well, but he also explained why I could trust him to perform work on the vehicle. Not only did he agree, he offered to do it immediately, and offered to replace a few small parts to ensure the alignment stayed dialed in for longevity. My 2010 drives solid as a 2024 would off the lot, honestly probably more solid, and I had my car back with all work completed in hours, not days. Incredible place and will return time and time again, without a doubt. Thank you Mike, and Pro-Image.”
“initially went in because the hood lever button on my car wasn’t working, and I was honestly pretty worried about what the issue might be. They checked it out and discovered that my previous mechanic had disconnected the hood cable and never reconnected it.
What really impressed me was that they didn’t charge me anything to fix it, even though I offered to pay. They were completely honest and upfront about what happened, and that kind of integrity is hard to find these days.
Since I was already there, I decided to have my oil changed as well. I’m very happy with their service and professionalism. They’re honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely good mechanics. I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone!”
“I picked up a Sony XBoom speaker, but I originally thought it was a cordless speaker. Unfortunately after the speaker was delivered it turned out to have a ton of features but it did require to be plugged into the wall. So, I decided to switch over to the Nintendo switch for my wife as a Christmas present & when I arrived at the store Grayson & Andrew were quick to help. It was a super easy process. For anyone who may have had a bad experience in the past, rest assured the store is under new management and they're great”

“Pretty good for electronics. Prices are reasonable, but nothing to write home about. The person I was with needed to use the restroom, but it was out of service. Thankfully the store has an entrance in the mall close to the mall restrooms.”
“The manager and staff were great, very helpful and friendly in ever interaction… Although the couch is definitely of cheaper quality, which is disappointing considering what they charge you for it. Months in we realized we were charged EASILY double it’s worth.”

“I worked with Taylor today and she was nothing short of amazing!!! I was in the market for a new watch and we discussed my wants/needs and we agreed that the SE3 (what I initially came in for) was perfect for me. We discussed all the different things to customize my watch for me and it felt good to have somebody care about what you wanted/needed without trying to upsell you up the butt. When there was a mistake with the purchase she immediately keyword immediately jumped on it to fix it and told me how it would look on my bank statement just so I didn’t have a jump scare. “If I could give 6 stars or 7 I would. The gas is always at this location, they have a clean store & they are always fully stocked with all the coffee, fixings, and flavor / creamer / stok espresso shots/ where other locations just aren’t. What are the gas isn’t working or they’re not stocked in the coffee section this store delivers 100%. Most importantly, they remind you of the great deals that they have for two pieces of pizza and a 20 ounce Coke and they are very professional and proactive about representing a 711 the way that I’m sure it’s founders intended”
