“Mike took care of me with a heavily modified 2010 GT500. I spent 1.5 years looking for a mechanic/shop to do a much needed 4 wheel alignment on the car. Due to the modifications, and lack of specs in my possession (purchased vehicle with modifications already made), no one in the area would even attempt the job. Pro-Image was referred to me via word of mouth, when I called approximately the 15th shop in attempt to make an appointment. Mike was put on the phone, and his tone of voice told me everything. Not only was he confident he could do the work extremely well, but he also explained why I could trust him to perform work on the vehicle. Not only did he agree, he offered to do it immediately, and offered to replace a few small parts to ensure the alignment stayed dialed in for longevity. My 2010 drives solid as a 2024 would off the lot, honestly probably more solid, and I had my car back with all work completed in hours, not days. Incredible place and will return time and time again, without a doubt. Thank you Mike, and Pro-Image.”
“Excellent service! I have a 08 Ford Ranger making this awful clinking noise when I make left turns. Brought it to Phil & Son and they diagnosed and repaired the problem the same day. They even found issues with my rear brakes I didn't even know about and fixed that too. I definitely recommend this garage.”

“10/10 recommend Alix to help you with any needs. My iPhone 13 had a hardware malfunction while I was away on vacation and was completely dead. I had zero access to any of my accounts, including my phone number, which made it extremely difficult to buy a new phone. She not only helped me to pick out the best new phone for me, but lead with a positive attitude the whole time. It was a great interaction as I navigated through the stressful process. “If I could give 6 stars or 7 I would. The gas is always at this location, they have a clean store & they are always fully stocked with all the coffee, fixings, and flavor / creamer / stok espresso shots/ where other locations just aren’t. What are the gas isn’t working or they’re not stocked in the coffee section this store delivers 100%. Most importantly, they remind you of the great deals that they have for two pieces of pizza and a 20 ounce Coke and they are very professional and proactive about representing a 711 the way that I’m sure it’s founders intended”

“I went in to get a slurpee and a snack this trip. Unfortunately none of the flavors were available on the slurpee machine so I was not able to get one. I ended up picking up an Italian sub and a bottled soda. Sub was fresh, they had all the condiments available, and it was tasty. A win in my book. Soda was cold which isn’t a guarantee at some stores so another win. I got caught by their $1 table and picked up some candy I didn’t need but that was good as well.
This store regularly has issues with the Slurpee machine so if you’re looking for a Slurpee you’d be better off starting at a different store (valley and Webster both usually have Slurpees).
Staff is always friendly in my experience at this store as well and this trip was no different.”
