Extremely upset the store attendant was watching my caught like she was going to steal I was very uncomfortable and my daughter was devastated

Bought my 9 year old granddaughter a necklace that she picked out herself. When she asked to take it off , the necklace broke, she was Very disappointed. I know it’s not s $50.00 necklace. It didn’t last not more than 3 hours after purchasing it.

The nicest staff I have ever met, this store really has proper customer service down. The assistant store manager Alexis is super helpful, and the store manager Serena is so sweet. I definitely recommend shopping you won’t be disappointed they have a wide arrange of stuff for all ages!!!
