I appreciate that TCU reinvests money locally and they value diversity (many bilingual employees). But, they have limited hours, the ATMs are often broken, and it takes a long time for them to process deposits and withdrawals. If I didn’t have my mortgage with them, I would have moved to a new bank long ago.
