“I could not be more pleased and grateful for the computer repair services provided by Aiden, Jeffrey and the team at Grolen. Our desktop had major issues that needed repair. I was informed of the cost, the timeframe to repair, and was given updates along the way until the computer was returned in the timeframe promised. The cost for the service was fair (& same as the estimate) and far less than buying a new computer. In addition, after the repair, the team was available by phone for a few questions regarding access files, apps, etc. that looked a little different post repair. Thank you!!
