“I could not be more pleased and grateful for the computer repair services provided by Aiden, Jeffrey and the team at Grolen. Our desktop had major issues that needed repair. I was informed of the cost, the timeframe to repair, and was given updates along the way until the computer was returned in the timeframe promised. The cost for the service was fair (& same as the estimate) and far less than buying a new computer. In addition, after the repair, the team was available by phone for a few questions regarding access files, apps, etc. that looked a little different post repair. Thank you!! “I worked with Taylor today and she was nothing short of amazing!!! I was in the market for a new watch and we discussed my wants/needs and we agreed that the SE3 (what I initially came in for) was perfect for me. We discussed all the different things to customize my watch for me and it felt good to have somebody care about what you wanted/needed without trying to upsell you up the butt. When there was a mistake with the purchase she immediately keyword immediately jumped on it to fix it and told me how it would look on my bank statement just so I didn’t have a jump scare.
