“My son's 2015 Nissan Pathfinder needed an exhaust system. Damien at Ed's looked into it and found that the parts were not easily available and the cost was going to be pretty high($2500). He suggested we take it to Lou's Custom Exhaust where we could probably save some money. We took it to Lou's and it cost us half the cost Damien told us. MAJOR KUDOS for sacrificing business to help my 25 year old son save some money. There's no way a Nissan dealer would do this.”

“We've had two cars fixed there recently. One was a white Toyota SUV, door damaged in a MB parking lot (insurance). Mine was due to mailbox that jumped out in front of us on snowy winter evening (cash payment). In both cases, the repairs were excellent and matched the orignal finish. Work completed ahead of schedule too, a nice bonus. Rick provided the detailed estimates shortly after requesting quotes.
My truck was a dark blue metallic and I was a bit concerned about a good paint match as these colors can be tricky to blend in with the factory finish. The color was spot on and the repair was undetectable. I dabbled in bodywork when younger and can appreciate the expertise of a good bodyshop.
We had some follow up items that needed to be addressed - handled in a timely manner and without issue.
Our neighbor used them to repair a bumper on their Toyota truck and provided the referral when we needed some work done.

“I am traveling in a Skoolie and the check engine light came on and I was in Milford, NH. A person recommended Winkle Auto in Milford, that was on Labor Day. I sent Robert a message on facebook and he responded for me to call the next morning and I did reaching Gary. Talked to him and he said bring it in and they would check it out. After I got there I didn’t have to wait very long and it ended up being both end line O2sensors needing to be replaced. Steve did the work and checked all the fluids and aired up the tires. Gary, Robert and Steve are the nicest and most helpful and honest mechanic that I have ever seen. Thank you so much guys! I wish all people were like you.”

“My son's 2015 Nissan Pathfinder needed an exhaust. The parts were not available for a non-Nissan dealer to do it so it was suggested by Ed's to go to Lou's. They knocked the job out in one day for half the cost to have the Nissan parts replaced which some of were not readily available. Two thumbs up!!”
